Loan Features

Purchase of brand-new or second-hand vehicles. Available to employed individuals, business owners, and cooperative members

Prospective Borrowers

Have an option to canvass the price of the brand new vehicle from any car dealers and select among the dealers to whom they want to purchase their unit and to be paid by the bank .

Collateral Requirements

The acquired brand new vehicle shall be mortgaged in favor of the Bank, which shall be duly insured (comprehensive insurance, third party liability) by the availing borrower and renewal every year thereafter.

Interest Rate

15% per annum (diminishing) plus Fees and Other Charges which include Processing Fee of 3%, LTO Registration Fees and other fees (as applicable)
