Office Hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 PM

What are the requirements when opening a Savings/Time Deposit account?
Valid Identification card and Three (3) copies of 2×2 pictures.
What are the requirements when applying for loan?
It will depend upon the kind of loan stated in our Services Portion, in addition to the list, the following are the basic requirements:
- Valid identification card
- Tax Identification Number
- Three copies of 2×2 ID pictures.
Are my deposit accounts PDIC insured?
Yes, Maximum Deposit insurance of each depositor is Php. 500,000
Are my loan accounts insured?
Yeas, each individual customer’s account is insured by the bank to an acceptable insurance company.
Can i open an account if I don't live in the Philippines?
Yes, provided that the depositor is a permanent resident of the bank’s area operation (Luzon) and have submitted the required documents in opening an account. Prior to the interview using the Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

Can I apply for loans online?
Currently, loan applications must be submitted in person at your nearest ICCB branch. This is to ensure that all required documents and verifications are properly completed.
